Because the head chef at Pegasus cooks the best food in the entire country, our first task was to score a dining account for our firm. We did that. Then we got to work. Our comprehensive approach involved redesigning all restaurant materials, creating a series of expressive print advertising campaigns, implementing a weekly e-flyer campaign, improving copywriting on all materials, optimizing the restaurant website, starting an exclusive members' club and consulting on everything from décor to event planning. The results speak for themselves, as Pegasus is now the model of how to run a successful modern restaurant and bar in Estonia and was even voted best restaurant in Estonia in 2005. We had to close our dining account, though, because our head designer was hitting the Irish whiskey a wee too hard.
