We know there isn’t much money in the arts. Seriously, we know. But that didn’t scare us off a project that included a less-than-shoestring budget and a nearly insane timetable. Pro bono work is good for your soul and karma, after all. The large format programs were designed for one-color in-house copying to save money, and they were scored and folded for easy carrying during the event. We even endeavored to create an illustrative interpretation of one of the venues, a little known building called the Disney Center. The programs came out so well that we heard that some of the participants stole extra copies and took them home and framed them. |
